Kooee Kids began evolving when I realised I wanted my own children to grow up learning in nature.

Motherhood showed me how deeply both my children and I crave time outside. Even in busy seasons, nature brings us back to calm. The freedom, creativity and curiosity that come from mud, sticks, climbing trees and open space feels like magic.

I’m a primary teacher with almost ten years of experience, and I’ve seen children come alive outdoors. I’ve also seen how much they crave movement, hands on play and the space to follow their curiosity.

As a family, we spend most of our time in the bush and by the ocean. We climb, splash, explore and notice the little things. Nature helps us feel connected, grounded and free and I believe all children deserve that.

Who We Are

Kooee Kids Nature Play is a family led, nature based business creating slow, meaningful spaces for childhood outside.

We believe children should be free to climb, explore, feel, get messy and simply be. That nature offers calm, belonging and a sense of home.

Our programs are child led and play based, guided by curiosity rather than pressure. Sessions flow with the rhythm of the land and the children, with gentle mentor led moments like storytelling, nature craft and mindfulness woven in.

Grounded in respect for Country and held by community, we support children to grow wild, confident, capable and deeply connected to the natural world.
